I called you guys to basically cancel your service and go a different route, but whoever I spoke with was fantastic. She talked me off the ledge, met my competitor’s price and made it retroactive to my last delivery! That kind of customer service kept me as a customer!

I was down to 20% I know they have readers on tanks but don’t like running down where it’s 48 gal left. But main thing is try to get thru when calling even had hard time to pay had to wait awhile. Besides that I have no complaints. I did wanted a 20lb container filled figure their here takes only seconds but I’ll exchange it. Even it’s not much but tank I left next to reg tanks not like going out of way. Overall past 3 years I really had no problems
