I'm really happy with Decals.com. I have no complaints. I live in AL and order from them. It's worth the wait for shipping. Holly always calls me after she sends over a proof and that is so helpful. I think the customer service sets them apart. I don't feel like I'm dealing with confusing AI bots to talk with someone there. The quality of the stickers I order are beautiful. I have worked in printing and design for almost 20 years, so I've been on the other side and I can tell you they are doing it right!

Overall, we had a great experience. However, when uploading artwork, we found it difficult to resize / adjust the artwork since it only allows you to rescale uniformly and not just one corner / side. But other than that, we had a great experience.
