Joe was great to work with! He called me to let me know that some graphics would be blurry and gave me the opportunity to fix that, while also looking to see if he could find less blurry graphics. Then he rushed our order so it can arrive for when we needed it. The banner looked great!

I have been a customer for 10+ years and I like having a sales rep who knows me and it makes the whole ordering experience so much faster and streamline. Mike satterbach is very helpful and gets my orders ready and invoiced in a expeditious efficient manner. I recommend banners to anyone needing signage and drop shipped to the required party.
The phone support was phenomenal. Andrea helped me with proper file formatting, talked me through sizing and different product options. I ended up ordering a few extra images just because the service was so good!
