It was annoying to get requests for feedback BEFORE I received product. Product was exactly what I wanted.
The overall design process was straight forward and when the proof was sent to production you were able to actually talk with a human being regarding any concerns or questions regarding the overall layout. I ordered vehicle magnets and had questions regarding the font sizes, the website/design page didn't show the font sizes so you have to eyeball it. I received confirmation from production that the proof was received and the email included a contact number for a human being that you could reach out to, I was SHOCKED to say the least. Emma from production was the human being assigned to my order, I called her, she picked up on the first attempt and addressed my concerns and took the necessary steps to correct them. Thank you Emma, you were fabulous!!!

The online design interface wasn't *super* intuitive but it was easy enough to figure out after a few seconds, and the customer service folk were very communicative about getting my proofs sent out and my approval processed in a very timely fashion.
I misspelled something on my banner and missed it on the proof. The team at Banners were very helpful in getting me a new banner printed and sent out quickly. I would highly recommend them. Also the quality of the banner was very good as well.

Design is easy. I think customer service is great but could improve with more phone calls and less emails. Details are sometimes hard to convey through text and a quick phone call would be great.
