Excellent customer service! This is the first time ordering decals, so I was a bit confused with all the lingo, and Jennifer Olson was super helpful and patient. Decals just arrived, and they are exactly what we were looking for!

Very easy good customer service and communication
Placing the order itself was a breeze, but oddly enough the artwork I uploaded online wasn't received, so a rep did have to reach out to me via email for that. I sent him the files, but didn't hear back; I touched base with him 2 days later and received a proof the following Monday which needed a few corrections. After going back and forth a few times with corrections, I approved my proof and the magnets were produced 3 days later and shipped via UPS.
The banner came quickly and the quality was great. It IS a beautiful banner, thank you.

Great website, easy to upload artwork, rapid production & shipping. Delivery however had a slight snafu: The SpeeDee address on the finished package was 214 instead of the 217 I submitted on the order and later confirmed on the invoice. Small problem but the package successfully arrived after SpeeDee had it out for delivery on three different days. I am pleased with the finished product expect to order more.

The communication. Nick Long reached out the same day the banner was order to let me know he was going to use a nicer finish without charge. We are using this banner at a donation event so this service and communication was very much appreciated. The banner just came in and it looks great. We are very happy and will use your services again in the future.

It was easy to upload the image. Banners.com provided the size of banner that I wanted. The banner was made and shipped in a timely manner.

It was very easy to make my own custom banner. Although after receiving it, I wish I would have a larger, thicker font for some of the topic lines. It wasn't easy searching through all of the fonts, especially when you have to start from the top of the selections each time. But I'm pretty satisfied with the banner and the quality of the vinyl and finish. Great banner!
