I wanted a decal, so I sent a picture. I wanted it 6x2 feet. My picture was not good enough quality. I had a phone call that i missed, but also an email from Decals.com. i responded with an eamil, and the next day had a responseto email, and snother phone call. We ironed out what o needed on the phone call. . Top notch! Best customer service I've ever had.
The ordering process was quick and easy. Once I uploaded my graphic, it took less than five minutes from beginning to end. The proof was emailed to me within 15 minutes and I approved it immediately. My product was shipped the next day. I am incredibly impressed with the efficiency and speed my labels/stickers were created at. I would highly recommend decals.com.
