I ordered a 3' x 8' banner for use during a week long lesson in a Vacation Bible School (VBS) classroom setting. It was of a submarine with portholes. I provided a fully formatted file of those exact dimensions. A Banners.com representative contacted me to indicate my enlarged image wasn't very sharp and they could help. I provided a high resolution of the submarine, and they resized it to the correct file size while maintaining the sharpness of the image required for a quality appearing banner. The banner was quickly completed and shipped. I received the banner within 5 business days which was well within my timeline for the initiation of the VBS sessions. It was beautifully finished (13 oz matt vinyl material) with both hems and grommets for hanging in the classroom. I'm very pleased and satisfied with the entire ordering, purchasing process and product quality. A very happy customer.

Color matching was a bit of a challenge. But perhaps that is the just the nature of the print industry and matching Pantone colors. That said, the customer service was excellent. Thanks.

I sent an image that was too low-res to print correctly. Taylor let me know, and tried to stop the order from processing. Unfortunately it was too late. What I really appreciated what that she then offered to go 50/50 on a reprint with a higher-res image. I'll definitely come back the next time I need a banner! Taylor is awesome!
I made a couple of calls prior to placing my order to ask questions and got great help. After placing my order I called again to make a minor adjustment before confirming the banner design and again the response was helpful and positive.
