I have always ordered my hard hats through Custom Hard Hats because the Customer Service is fantastic! This last time I didn't know my login info, so I called the number on an old invoice. An actual human answered the phone and was happy to help look up my login and place the order for me right then and there! No transfers, no issues, just easy to deal with! The Hard hats come when they are supposed to and they are great quality.

Easy to create my own design. Super fast review by professionals, one day production and overnight shipment and STILL faster and less expensive than a local print shop. Will do repeat business in the future, for sure!
I worked with Jenny to place my order for several different vinyl banners for a big event we have coming up for our brewery (and placed on shorter notice). She was incredibly helpful making sure the graphics I submitted were high enough quality and recommended changes, offering assistance if I couldn't make the changes myself. I CANNOT believe how personal this service was. I had a question about formatting so I decided to call on a whim because the number was right there. And a human answered the phone, who actually knew what I was talking about and was eager to talk out my issue and explain things. And then the email approval process was great too! I had some things to change and they made it so easy. I can’t wait to use them for everything.
