Your associate Taylor Squires really kept my order from being sub-par. I had messed up on the correct artwork and she noticed it would not produce a great banner. Then the second artwork I submitted was also sub-par for a large banner. Because of her patience and professionalism, she endured three changes and we landed on good artwork.
