I had a great experience with ordering from Decals.com. We needed a sign for our company's front entry way but couldn't make any permanent changes, so I went with a decal for the front glass door. I found Decals.com on a google search, I liked how you could upload, order, and see the price immediately online. The ordering process went great, no issues. I had a very positive experience ordering my vinyl decal. My rep was Katie Bracewell and she was very kind and helpful throughout my whole exchange. During the proofing process, we made multiple calls and emails back and forth and despite me making so many changes, she was extremely patient and made sure that I got my design exactly the way I wanted it. The handwritten note was the cherry on top.
