Decals.com responded to me immediately when ordering a custom order. It was from my own art work and they were in touch every step of the way to make sure the files I sent would be compatible with an excellant outcome of the decal. They guided me as to which decal would best fit my needs too. I just got the proof and can't wait to see the finished product.
The options many and they were easy to choose from. Your website was quite easy for me to navigate. Uploading my own artwork and enhancing it and/or adding to it with additional text was a real plus.
