After I placed my order online I received a call from Katie explaining a problem she was trying to prevent from happening due to the measurements and graphics I submitted. Having experience in desktop publishing, I understood exactly what she was talking about. The graphics I submitted were intentionally made to look old and the measurements I provided would have caused some distortion in the end product. I was very pleased that she wanted the result to be the very best possible. That's what I call professionalism and is what often is missing these days when dealing with some companies. So, thank you very much Katie for paying attention to detail.

I was very pleased with the whole experience. The picture appeared a little blurry on my screen, so I chose to have a a member of their team look it over before printing. Within minutes, I received an email from Nick confirming that everything looked great on his end and asked if we wanted to proceed. It was shipped quickly and everything looked amazing. I will definitely use them again when needed.
