From start to finish, GT was fabulous! Loved our salesman, Paul Wood, the office staff, Eja Sally, Debbie. Even had occasion to meet the owner who I thought was so kind and helpful.
I was given hours and hours of support prior to job start. Paul and Aja had an incredible wealth of design ideas. Crew, Diego, Elisaro and all went over every square inch making the counter perfect. I felt the price was fair and especially for the attention to detail and overall support we were given. Will use again in August for a new shower install - no reservations in recommending Fairfield Granite Transformations!

Excellent service, excellent product During the showroom visit to the sitting down with the salesman visit, everything went smooth. We were very happy with the entire process from start to finish. Our updated kitchen looks awesome. You did a five star job.

I was impressed by all of the people who worked on the project. Very professional, clean and tidy with great results.

I wanted new countertops but didn’t want the hassle of having to have a complete tear out of the tops and the wall tiles and backsplashs. This allowed me to have a whole new look in my kitchen from start to finish within three days. I had to hire a plumber to disconnect all the plumbing prior to the job and come back and reconnect all the plumbing after the job. So there was some coordinating to be done but it worked out well. Very pleased with the end result.

Lecretia did an excellent job of communicating with us every step of the way regarding product delays, scheduling, etc. She is always cheerful as well as professional.
The sales manager who did our initial measurement was very knowledgeable; he did not employ high pressure sales techniques which would've turned us off. Instead, he answered our questions forthrightly and provided guidance when we asked.
Arturo and David who did the installation were great! They represent Trend well. Arturo is especially conscientious and pays great attention to detail. He was also patient with me when I asked questions.

My kitchen came out beautiful in the end. But I had to wait 4 months for my selected product and then needed to change to another one since the 1st choice was still on backorder. But the final product turned out amazing. Thank you

Quality product with a timeless, updated look. Work was accomplished with minimal disruption and mess and was completed within a day. The countertops are beautiful.

Workmanship and customer service.

Patrick (installed our pantry) was extremely friendly and very detailed in his work to make sure it looked good.

Sales person (Kristin) was very patient when making the selection in the home. Had been to your display in Knoxville pretty much had made the selection there. Changed mind on kitchen countertop color when looking at sample in the home.

Rob and Kevin did the install very pleased, only have one seam in countertop, would not notice it if I did not know it was there. Backsplash with tile insert is perfect, 2 seams in one piece of it again almost invisible.

Rob did my double vanity re-face, and new marble top very pleased with product and installation.

I love my new countertops. Everything done professionally and came out wonderful. Seams and edges basically nonexistent. My friends are impressed and those needing or wanting new countertops have asked for granite transformations info. No demolition and minimal mess. Installation barring any unforeseen issues is done in 1 day. Very happy to have learned of this company

Everything was explained clearly and professionally. The communication was outstanding. They sent emails, texts, and mail. They called with reminders. A real person answered the phone whenever I called. The product is beautiful and reasonably priced. The installers were professional, speedy, and polite. I love my new kitchen.

My installation crew was exceptional. Dustin was very professional and diligent about his work. Kaley assisted him in the counter top installation and was quick and kept the process continuously moving. Clean up was exceptional and instruction care was given. Dustin was gracious to answer any questions I had. I am so pleased with the end results.

I would add that I don’t recall being advised that the additional plumbing work would need to be our responsibility initially. It was mentioned in the installation email advising of dates.

My last payment was made the day of install and over the phone to the company. I have not received an email as of yet to confirm my payment.

I often recommend Granite Transformations to my sellers who need to update their kitchen for sale or to my buyers who are looking at a home with an otherwise attractive home but an outdated kitchen. This time, I used them for my own home and I am very happy with the result. I had a $40k budget to re-do 2 bathrooms, cabinet refacing (including adding 4 more cabinets) and countertop updating. Not that GT took all of that because I had other work done on the floors/decor, but I have $58.00 left after all is said and done (on time and on budget), so I'm very happy. There are a few things that could have been done better but I am extremely happy that it's done and it looks like a new house on the inside.
