We are more than pleased with the transformation to our kitchen. The new countertops and back splash brighten the room and the countertop chosen also makes the area appear larger. The installer was professional and it was apparent in the manner he took the time to carefully measure and fit the pieces. Afterwards he was meticulous in cleaning the surfaces and surrounding areas. The process went smoothly from the very first--from salesperson Cathy who came to our home with various products from which to choose, Josh who came out to measure the area for countertops and back splash and finally the installer who brought it all to life. We live in an old house and did not want to add the extra weight a full piece of granite or other stone would mean for our cabinetry and floor. Granite Transformations was exactly what we had been searching for. We got the look of stone, but, not the weight. Granite Transformations has a quantity of materials from which to choose and a warranty to set your mind at ease.

The look and maintenance of the product is great. Neighbors like the fact it looks like the granite top, but less maintenance and durability. It's only been a few days, but we enjoy the counter tops look.

We liked the fact that the workers were employed by Granite Transformations (except maybe the plumber). The first 2 days, Brad and Robert worked nonstop throughout the day on the cabinets and cleaned up afterwards. The following week, "both" Jeff's worked just as hard on the granite & back splash. If we saw something and brought it to their attention, it was taken care of. The younger Jeff took care of issues with a wrong piece of granite and even took care of a problem where the plumber didn't complete a drain issue. He had to get a part and come back to finish. Jeff was very knowledgeable, and we are happy with the work done. Jeff may need a raise though, since "work" was always calling him about other jobs throughout the day. lol
The guys did a beautiful job. It looks and feels wonderful.

Price over slab granite. However if someone needed a smaller size, I would suggest look at remnants.

So far we have been vey pleased with our new granite and the whole installment process. The whole thing went just as they told us it would..We were always notified as to the dates and times that the workers could be expected, and they were always on time , and would go right to work. The gentleman who kept us up to date on everything thru emails, was really on the ball, and sent the up dates a few days in advance, which was wonderful in case something came up making it necessary to change the appointment date.

WOW! We can't believe that this awesome TRANSFORMATION is our kitchen and laundry room. We still need to do a few odds and ends to complete the program but we really like the new and updated look. We are very pleased with Granite Transformations from the first visit with LeAnne and her suggestions helping us decide what would look best for our kitchen, to the installation men and the finished product. We LOVE how it looks and are completely THRILLED with our new kitchen.
Cathy Case, sales, was knowledgeable and professional in presenting the advantages and costs to using this type of counter remodel.
Unfortunately, our schedule did not always align with their installers and so we had a delay in the beginning of installation. Also, the installer had some unforeseen "bumps" in the installation process that extended the final completion. (some were unavoidable and understandable) Due to the alterations in schedule and job completion, management was very accommodating in providing a satisfactory adjustment to the final cost.
The staff was professional & completed the job to our total satisfaction
