Kevin and Allen were great! They txt'd me when enroute for planning purposes. The Office manager Jill Moore was, in my view, sorely lacking in professional skills. I have been working in Corporate America finance for over thirty years and the manner with which she TRIED to explain the movement of funds, from the firm, Granet Transformations uses, left me feeling that I owed a rather large sum of money. When I tried to explain that I had secured financing, for over $15,000 with the MOMNT firm for zero interest for 24 months, she raised her voice and kept insisting that I just need to authorize the transaction. She failed to state that my authorizing the transaction was just an "OK" for Momnt to send funds to Granet Transformations. I am the customer and your staff should be reminded that customers should be treated better. After all, without customers you have NO business. I have used Granet Transformations before for counter replacement and have been extremely satisfied with all the services I received. Maybe she was having a bad day, or maybe she just needs to be reminded to listen before she BARKS her response.

Everyone at every contact to order, measure, install, scheduling was always friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and would do it again.
The end product is fantastic.

We are currently installing our 5th Granite Transformations countertop, not because of deterioration or any type of problem but because when have twice changed our guest bathrooms over a 20 years period. Each project by Granite Transformations has been fast and down in a quality manner, with tremendous results. For the first time we are using it to also resurface the cabinet, including replacing the doors and drawers with a different style. That has yet to be done - waiting for the material.

If you want to replace a countertop in you bath rooms or kitchen, Granite Transformations is an outstanding alternative to a granite slab, marble, and all the other materials available in the marketplace. The project is turnkey, no need to hire a carpenter, plumber, etc., because those trades are provided by Granite Transformations.

Your process from start to finish, and your associates/installers are all excellent, professional and thorough. And the finished product is always beautiful!

From the first appointment to the completion of the job the service was great and very timely. The two gentlemen who worked on my house were very courteous and professional and did a phenomenal job. Jimmy and Nathan. Deron who came out and took my order was on time to appointment and did a great job explaining the process. I am very pleased with my cabinets. I had my countertops completed by Granite Transformation a few years ago, so came back for my cabinets and they did an equally great job.

We have had Granite Transformation’s redo our countertops and sink in our previous house! We had shopped around when we moved and gotten bids. But when Deron came to give us an estimate we like what he said he could do for us. Knowing what was done for us previously we understood what we were going to get! Now that it’s done we couldn’t be happier and yes definitely we would recommend this company. The installers showed up when they said they would and cleaned up afterwords.
