Exceptional customer Service from start to end. Installation was fast. The installer is a master at his trade. We have two area's where unusual customization In cutting and fitting had to be done, but he figured it all out.. I was amazed. Products are very high quality. A sink with new faucet had also been installed. There was an issue with the faucet that wasn't working as well as it should have. I called and the next day a new faucet was installed. Absolutely no hassles. They really do put the customer and their work first. Wed are very happy..

Granite Transformation has updated my kitchen and my bathroom. This is a great company, with excellent sales and consultants. I highly recommend.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work done by Francisco (Paco) and his associate. Their installations in our kitchen of a new Calacatta countertop, sink, and backsplash were done with a high degree of professionalism. That same degree of dedication carried over into our master bathroom where they installed a new vanity sink, another Calacatta backsplash and added a euro edge design around our existing mirrors. The completed work in both areas resulted in a fresh, new look in both areas. Paco always began and ended each day with "any questions", giving us an opportunity to address and resolve any minor issues, that might have arisen, immediately. We are happy we used Granite Transformations and recommend them without any reservations.

Simplicity of the installation

Shower meets and exceeds my expectations, the cleaning of the shower lacked considerably when installers said the job was finished. I was told they do not furnish cleaning supplies. I questioned his answer to me. I was also told that the green Sheetrock would be used behind the shower walls and it wasn’t because existing sheet rock was 1/4” and the green only came in 1/2” which I understand.

Knowledgeable staff from the showroom to the installation! Courteous and willing to answer all questions.
Our new countertops are beautiful! Installers did a fabulous job. They were professional and cleaned up any mess that was made. They were also very careful of our cabinets and the backsplash we were keeping.

3rd time we’ve used Granite Transformation’s counters. Always wonderful and 0 maintenance forever. Excellent product and at least 2 exceptional employees. Caleb and Brad made this time perfect for us. Many thanks for their hard work and knowledge!!!
