Great customer service, no pressure to purchase anything. Mindy was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what size my son needed and what models were available to suit his needs. All I knew was that he needed a new bike, from walking through the door I was served within seconds and I had the bike he needed with in a few minutes. Thankyou Mindy and the Trek team.

I had an issue with 2 punctured tyres. The team were great diagnosed the issue and fixed the punctures. These were tubeless tyres. Very grateful

Always excellent and friendly staff. They go above and beyond to assist and perform small maintenance tasks quickly and often without charge if it’s just a one minute adjustment.
Best bike store I’ve ever been. I was only buying the cheapest peddles I could and the team at Trek Bennetts Green were the most helpful bunch I’ve ever come across in a bike store. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. Will definitely be back here when it’s time to upgrade my setup.
