TREK Bennetts Green staff are welcoming and helpful. Bike services are completed efficiently. There was a bit of confusion this time around however when trying to book our bikes in for their service but when we dropped the bikes off it was all good.

The staff went above and beyond with helping me out with spare parts. Was chasing one part to finish off my wheel rebuild that wouldn’t be available for a few months and they sorted me out with a used spare part they had. Saved my wheel build!

Products i find are similar in alot of ways, its the service advice and knowledge that the TREK team at Bennett's Green provide that stands that particular store apart from the rest.
The best products (Trek) plenty of tools and parts for self service available. Service shop fantastic. I have 3 Trek bikes and like to do as much as i can myself and there is plenty of advice and assistance. Both my brothers have Treks too! Basically my whole family rides Trek on road and off. We always get looked after at Bennetts green.

The service is second to none absolutely brilliant i would highly recommend, had some problems with my trek rail 9.8 xt and they sorted it out no fuss 10 out of 10 .
