The team were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, offering great advice, useful suggestions, and the opportunity to take trial rides on different bikes to help me decide which one was the right fit for me. Their knowledge and friendly approach made the purchase easy and enjoyable.

I have been happy with the service from both the sales staff and workshop staff at TREK Bennetts Green since I bought my first Trek bike a year ago, and I'm happy to recommend this business. They obviously enjoy their work and it carries through to their treatment of customers.
Always find the staff very helpful.In my case i bought product online but when i picked up i realised i made a mistake ,staff member sorted me out with the correct product. Great variety of products as well.

Huge shoutout to the team at Trek Bikes Bennetts Green. After a quick phone call they took my son’s bike straight in during the school holidays and replaced a broken sprocket the very same day — no questions asked. Absolutely amazing service, friendly staff and a lifesaver for a kid wanting to get back out riding. Highly recommend!
