I recently brought my daughter's car to Christian Brothers to repair a flat tire, and I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service we received. Although tire repair is not typically among their services, the team went above and beyond to help us. This wasn't a one-time occurrence either; they consistently demonstrated this level of care and commitment. Instead of sending us to a nearby tire shop, they handled the details of the repair themselves, (by taking it next door for me) not sure they could do this every time, and it was not because I was special but simply because they saw an opportunity to help a customer by making the process incredibly convenient when it was needed. I simply dropped off the tire and picked it up when it was ready—no hassle, no fuss.

What really sets Christian Brothers apart is their excellent communication and honest recommendations. They ensure you are fully informed and comfortable with any service decisions. The willingness of the staff to extend their services just to ensure customer satisfaction truly demonstrates their commitment to excellence. I highly recommend them for not only their expertise but also their exceptional customer care. They really work hard to earn business and do the right thing by their customers.

Details and pictures of what they inspected and what to action immediately as well as alternative options to preserve the care helped and liked that there was a shuttle option too. Text updates were nice too!

I was highly impressed with the professional and skillful service I received. David Fournier did a great job scheduling a diagnostic evaluation, communicating results and providing repair options. His explanation was thorough and easy to understand. While waiting for the car analysis, I was comfortable waiting in the clean and pleasant waiting room. The people are friendly and work with you to get you the work your car needs and not a lot of extra stuff you don't really need. They do excellent work. I've used them for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else for car repair.

Not only was the price good (not cheap but not exorbitant), but the office was clean, the shop was clean, the people were knowledgeable, they didn't push for repairs that didn't need to happen, and they had a shuttle service to drop me off and pick me up. Almost too god to be true, except it was all true. Thanks guys!

Friendly, understanding, quick turnaround

CBA does a great job communicating via text and/or email. And they don’t push addressing issues that are not truly necessary to be taken care of immediately.

If auto shops are honest with me, I am very loyal. If I discover they have been giving me a sales job or have been dishonest, I go somewhere else the next time and don’t give them a second chance.

Excellent Service, clear explanation of pricing and automotive issues. My husband and I are happy to be partnering with them to keep our 2004 Honda running as long as possible! We had them do a LOT of work on it last year, and it drives beautifully. It may cost a bit to keep an old car in good shape, but it is way better than insurance on a new car or the price tag of a new car. The customer service was great. They contacted our warranty company and got approval without delaying repairs. Everything was explained and options were provided to fit our budget. They gave us their recommendations and what the warranty would cover and we’re not pushy about what repairs we should make. We ultimately decided to go with their recommendations because of the 3/36 guarantee.
