Absolutely wonderful, caring, experience!

My check engine light came on and I called and was immediately able to bring in my car. They were able to diagnose my problem and I was able to leave my car at the shop and it only took a couple days for my problem to be solved and that includes having the parts shipped in. Brandon was friendly and understanding the entire time. I have found my forever mechanic!

This was my first time visiting a CBA. When I reached out to them they responded quickly via txt. I needed a quick oil change but my schedule was unpredictable. I ended up having a few hours in the middle of my day and just dropped in. They gave me a ride home, took care of my car and then came to pick me up so I could get back to work. I would recommend them to anyone.

I really liked the way you provided information to me about work that needed to be done, especially the photos of my damaged rotors. I could see for myself the problem and it was easy to then authorize the work. The way you use technology so that I can receive and answer the message on my phone is great.
I also like the office, the guys in the office and the work the guys in the bays did on our car.

Although I only had limited work done, they got my car in right away and had the part waiting when I came in. I perceived that they are very caring,prompt, thorough and capable of servicing their customers well. The new CB/Interquest facility is very clean & organized and has a nice waiting room if needed.

The people there were very professional, knowledgeable and fast! The waiting room was extremely clean as well. They did an excellent job and made me feel very comfortable while I was there.

In early January, I hit a curb due to some black ice. We initially took my car to Ford at Chapel Hills for an estimate of the damage. They spent more time trying to over sell me on services I didn’t actually need rather than diagnosing what was really wrong with my vehicle! Times are difficult for us all right now, and I was so frustrated with my experience and what Ford expected me to pay. I tried Christian Brothers instead for a second opinion, all of their staff were so professional and polite from the start. Aaron is the service manager I worked with, and I will be coming to him in the future for my car needs. He went above and beyond to not only get my car fixed quickly at the best price but in a timely fashion. If you’re having car troubles, definitely go to Christian Brothers!!

The folks at Christian Brothers Automotive were forthright, communicative and treated my son with a great deal of respect. Not sure if they would have been the cheapest mechanics in town, but they provided us with a detailed description of work along with the quote, and it seemed to be a reasonable rate for the work they performed. I would trust them for any further automobile repairs.

Very helpful in the breakdown of the vehicle inspection. Told me what should take precedence out of the issues that were noted and what I can wait on if need be. Very polite and professional with the entire experience, couldn’t recommend them more!

Very professional, honest, and caring people. I had an issue with my truck and the mechanic called me every step of the way. He did not try to over charge or force unnecessary repairs. He sent pictures of everything as well. I liked how they followed up after my vehicle was serviced. It's hard to find these qualities in an auto shop. Thanks for all the hard work!

After an unexpected accident put our jeep out of commission and left us stranded 50 miles from home, Aaron at Christian Brothers Automotive took great care of us. Everyone at the shop was helpful and very kind. They performed a check up to give us an idea of what the damage was, possible time frame for repair and a ballpark cost all before we handed over the keys. They even offered to drive me and my husband either home or to a rental company since we were in need of transportation. They kept us updated and in the loop on everything the entire time. 10/10 the best service I've encountered.
