The friendliness of the entire staff
Good service
They gave me a ride to work and back again. I appreciated that they sent me photos of all the recommended repairs. My family and I were heading out of town and they were able to tell me which repairs I needed to have done for the trip and which ones I could wait on. Really stand up bunch of guys.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I love that they send you pictures of the bad parts and an estimate of the jo that needs to be done. They are not pushy or try to upsale you. They are upfront and honest.
Their service is outstanding! Not only do they make you feel welcomed but they explain everything thoroughly of what they find with your vehicle. Robert was great to work! Since I have to stick to a budget, he recommended what I should do first vs saying everything needs to be done at once. Great to know that they really do care about their customers! They were awesome! I was able to get my car in quickly. They did diagnostics on fit and took pictures. They texted the pictures with explaination to my husband and me. They were very kind and took the time to explain everything that needed fixing. The price was great too.
The customer service is extraordinary! They go above and beyond to make me comfortable with what is going on with my car. They are very detailed with everything and send a review off all the issues and what is going on with my car. The owner even gave me a personal call a couple days after to make sure my car was running well and If I was satisfied. I really apperciate everything they do! I live about 30 minutes away but will always make the drive to take it to Christian Brothers because they do such great work!

Incredible people and service!
I had kind of a complex issue and was dealing this remotely to take care of the vehicle for my son. He is staying with a billet family in Monument. I was given a good plan of attack on how to best deal with the main problem - curbed the front tire. Also, I knew there was likely a wiring issue with the ABS that I could fix myself (I restore cars). When it was confirmed, I was given the option to get a new ABS wheel sensor or have them fix @ 1/2 hr labor, with the caveat that there still may be another issue as they had not gone through the entire troubleshooting process yet. I had no problem approving the wire fix as it was safety related and I would not have the opportunity to address it myself in the near future. That fixed it so all good! Bottom line is that with your shop, and the one I have used in Broomfield, I have never felt pressured or like I was going to be taken advantage of. I also had confidence that it would be fixed right.

Christian Brothers was able to get me in same day with just a couple of hours notice for a used car pre-purchase inspection. When purchasing a used car from a private party, this flexibility was very much appreciated! The waiting area was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. They came out to give me a verbal report of the car's condition as they were preparing the final report. My only complaint is that they gave me some information verbally which is not in the written report, such as the remaining life of the brake pads.
You all were just great! I am happy to have your shop close to my work! I will make sure bring my vehicles to you for all our mechanical needs. You went above and beyond and I appreciate it!

SO welcoming and friendly. They even had coffee, hot chocolate and many snack options while waiting in the lobby. The employees explained in detail (and even showed me on the car) what needed to be fixed and made me feel comfortable and informed. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!
