Through list of repairs. Especially like the ranking of priority. Thanks to Seth for sharing my vision of making my 04 pilot last a long time so I don't have to get a new car. I have heard that Christian Brothers is rather expensive, and we did spend a lot on this most recent list of repairs, many related to the age of the car. If they are expensive, it is my experience that going for the cheapest service, can cost a lot more in the long run. So I am cooking a lot more at home, skipping coffee drive thrus for a while to replenish money for these repairs, but my car is driving like new, and I don't have to take on any car payments!

My situation was taken seriously and they made every effort to get my truck fixed and me back on my way. From the time I got to their shop a major repair was made while I was treated with respect. As a woman traveling alone, I was impressed with Christian Brothers level of service. Being from out of state, and alone made me vulnerable but the people at CBM treated me well and did a good job. Christian Brothers automotive is a very respectful, clean, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful place. I really appreciate how thorough they were with their reports. As a woman going to an automotive place, I felt very respected, and not looked down upon for not being as knowledgeable as those who worked there. Price, quick service, friendly and great shuttle service.

Christian Brothers did an excellent job repairing my automobile. From first contact they were concerned about diagnosing the issue as well as about me and my understanding and comfort with the solution as well as physical comfort. They even brought my cell phone to me that I had accidentally left in the car when my car needed to be left overnight. (I didn't ask them to.) They were concerned repairs and services that I requested "may" make little difference but really weren't necessary at this point. SUPER customer service . Thanks Christian Brothers.
