The customer service was great. They contacted our warranty company and got approval without delaying repairs. Everything was explained and options were provided to fit our budget. They gave us their recommendations and what the warranty would cover and we’re not pushy about what repairs we should make. We ultimately decided to go with their recommendations because of the 3/36 guarantee.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Test drives and inspection were thorough and they kept me updated during the entire process. Seth is a Toyota expert (especially Tacomas) and was able to answer my many questions with great detail. Never once pushed un-needed services and gave fair estimates to work that should be done in the future. The price paid was more than fair considering the expertise and knowledge given. Will be back for all of my auto needs.

I have been going to Christian Brothers for several years on Interquest and never had bad service. A couple of times they have gone out of their way to help. Always very polite and helpful. I do have to admit they are not the cheapest place in town, but they are convenient and have done me well.

Felt very welcomed when I first arrived. I was fully briefed on the process and what to expect as the technicians went through their checks and repair recommendations. They never tried to up sale me on unneeded repairs. The facilities were clean, the staff was 5 star. I would recommend my 80 year grandma to come here by herself because I know the level of service she would receive from Christian Brothers would be second to none.
