We recently took our granddaughter to your store to look at new bikes. We had a lovely young woman sales clerk that was kind. She was informative and didn't pressure us to buy. We did purchase a bike and she took the time to teach our granddaughter how to use the brakes and speed controls as well as made sure that the bike fit her. Yours was the fourth bike shop that we visited (the other three were in her area of Novi, Northville and Canton). The best experience was at your store. We also like that she can bring it back in a year for a free tune up. Thank You!

As a long time customer of your shop, I've bought several items from you guys. Customer service was/is great!

I bought a Schwinn World Sport back in 1988 for college use and just the other day, an Electra Go e-bike from you guys. I was not disappointed! I love the Electra as it's smooth and quiet and appears to have torque sensor to the motor, so pedaling isn't abrupt..

The old Schwinn needs a good cleaning and possible change of tires and tubes. Keep up the good work!
