Your shop has a good selection of bikes in different price ranges, and you keep up with technology and trends. On the repair side, you are knowledgeable and insure reasonable turnaround. Your repairs are top quality, warrantied, and done with a smile, as well as, you listen to customers without judgement (people come to you with different levels of biking knowledge and experience). I worry a little about your prices; I see that inflation has come to biking as well.

First off the staff is incredibly helpful and are just all around good people. The selection of premium bikes is second to none Downriver and they are very knowledgeable about the product they sell. The service after purchase is great and I always come away with a smile. If they served coffee I would probably never leave.
