Al is a exceptional mechanic! He is old school, not just replacing, but knowing how to fix a broken part making it stronger and better then the original.

Debbie was a delight to work with. She was honest regarding the delivery date and much to my surprise, the bike came in early. I would recommend this bike shop to anyone that is interested in a quality product and personal, kind service!

The customer service is always spot on. Melanie is so helpful as was the woman who helped me when I brought my bike in for a tune-up. If is wasn't for her I would still not have a bike rack for my SUV. Everyone is always helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. There's no place else to go in my opinion.
