I recently came in for a repair job on my son's bicycle. The team helped me swiftly and did a great job with the repair. The cost was also very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend this store to another person if they needed help with anything bicycle related.
I had a fitting done by Al Petri on Saturday the 17th. What a great experience! It was very thorough and concise. Al was patient and pleasant to work with. I went out riding that evening and what a difference! The adjustments made to my bike were night and day difference. I now can enjoy my rides with comfort and no saddle pain! I also had a slow leak in my tubeless front tire and he fixed that up for me free of charge. Thank you for the attention to detail and a perfect fitting!

I brought in my Trek XCal8 for a drivetrain replacement and also some other minor repairs. The staff was very knowledgeable about the componentry and explained all my available options. They were up front about some of the components not being in stock and having to be ordered, which would extend the repair time by a few days. My bike was completed when promised and all the work was done very well.
