OMG … where to begin! Every step of the process was filled with the most knowledgeable and helpful people I have ever met ! A very knowledgeable man listened to my wish for a bike that was a certain type of frame and color … but I wanted different handle bars to suit my need … and fenders which the bike did not come with … and I only wanted a three speed … because I didn’t want to have any future chain issues … and I also needed a cushy seat … and this man really took the time to listen and hear me … and then he applied his expert knowledge and experience to putting all of that together for me … I wish you could see my bike … it’s perfect for me.
Then when the bike came in … a very knowledgeable and kind woman saw to every detail like tweaking the seat height and she explained the details of the bike to me … and she even helped me get used to riding my new bike. All while being so kind to me!
Another man there also helped tweak my bike and he gladly stopped what he was doing to assist the woman that was helping me … what a positive attitude all around!
Buying my bike from the Al Petri store was a wonderful experience because of the people that work there ! 100% great service !

It has been more than a decade since riding my bicycle, so, I didn't know what to expect when I made my way into the store. I was greeted warmly and kindly and was helped beyond my hopes. I felt comfortable and was very glad the decision was made to make my way to Woodhaven.
When I picked up the bike, everything was done perfectly and i was a very happy fella when my repaired ride was once again in my possession.

The service is second to none. Everyone there is very accommodating, helpful and insightful. I walked into Bike Shop, but people treated me like I was an idiot because I didn’t know something they never do this. They are always super ready to inform in a positive way and I’ve been going to this company since I was a kid And I have handed down that practice to my oldest son who is now 24 and riding as well. We couldn’t be happier with the continued and ongoing excellence in service.

I have bought 9 bikes from here for my family and I over the last few years (kids outgrowing them).The people on the floor are always very helpful and friendly and just let you shop unless you need some advice. Went to a few other bike shops in the downriver area and this shop is the best by far.

Excellent. Debbie was wonderful to work with help us to choose Nike for our grands 2 and 6 who are visiting. She made kid friendly suggestions. They will be so surprised. I wish I was small enough to give these bikes a whirl.
