I liked being able to make an appointment on line. I liked that in the store there were multiple people available to help me-no wait at all. I also liked how they showed me issues with my bike to help me make an informed decision. Turnaround time was great and they helped me load it into my car. Appreciate this kind of service nowadays especially!

I live in Cleveland - but purchased my Trek from your store 2 years ago..... I happened to be driving to Detriot on WEDs and stopped in with a FLAT tire and issue with my gears.
they took my bike with no questions asked....fixed the flat and adjusted my gears while I was in a meeting....
picked it up and went home....
my only complaint - I wish I lived closer :)

Service staff is very accommodating , friendly and knowledgeable. Most important, their customer service is outstanding. Bought my first bike from Al in 1976 at the old West Road store in Trenton and it was pleasant to deal with his staff almost 50 years later!
