Lev is amazing! Her practice is inspiring and she always challenges my body, mind and spirit. Her hot fusion class is outstanding…it is intense and challenging, yet I always leave feeling calm and peaceful. I follow Lev to LoHi, South Colorado and Cherry Creek.

As an older experienced practitioner, I appreciate the calm steady guidance of the CorePower teachers. We can bring our own practice at whatever point we are at and the teachers are supportive and non-pedantic. I can vary the intensity and add my own additional poses without getting slapped down like in some styles and studios. One's practice has to grow and change as our bodies age, and CorePower gives me that room and space. For me, the C2 level classes are the perfect mix of intensity and relaxation. I travel a lot for work and find the CorePower studios in the cities I've been are all consistently high in their standards of teaching, cleanliness, and sense of community. I also appreciate the free parking at the in-city studios which makes it convenient and affordable to attend classes.
