The classes are great. I really like that it’s hot hot ( not warm) I’ve had so many injuries the strong heat is a blessing. The staff and teachers are all amazing and the variety of classes is great !

Loved taking Madi Marie’s CSX class! Such a good workout - I will definitely be sore tomorrow. Very fun playlist. I cannot wait to take it again when I come home from school my next break.

Lauren is hands down one of the best instructors I’ve ever taken a class with. Her Hot Power Fusion class is powerful, energizing, and incredibly well structured, offering the perfect balance of challenge and grounding. Her clear cues, encouragement, and steady presence make the class feel intentional and effective from start to finish.
Beyond the physical workout, her class genuinely helped melt away all the built up holiday stress. You leave feeling stronger, calmer, and reset in the best possible way. An absolutely amazing class led by an exceptional instructor that I would highly recommend.
The yoga was amazing and im so happy I made it to this class and for thr first time. The facility was really cool but the showers weren't producing hot water but I'm sure that will get fixed. Thanks for a great experience!

The studio is pretty yucky and feels not clean. Morning YS Devon, Julia, Sophie and Sara continue to deliver. C2 classes should not be heated to HPF levels. If you're going to be corporate and have brand standards, teach your teachers to follow the rules with temperatures or make them face consequences.

Staff is friendly and the facility is always clean.
Sue was very hands on and instructive and she was clear and easy to hear. I also liked that she provided alternatives to things that were difficult for me.
Love the classes, both yoga and sculpt. Wish the sculpt heat was higher.
