Trainers are amazing!
Paula is one of the most knowledgeable instructors in the HPF sequence. Her attention to alignment and form are reflected in the precise cues she gives. Paula keeps the heat and humidity steady and hot. I cannot speak more highly of this class!

I love it!!! my class with alanna was very fun and challenging but doable for beginners. My other class, with Caroline was too challenging for beginners (only one advanced man was successfully able to keep up with every instruction!) but also very enjoyable.
I love the Del Mar CPY studio. It's so well run and the teachers are excellent. Special shout out to Robin! Her sculpt and C2 classes are so fun, creative, and always a great sweat. Beyond her awesome classes she truly cares about her students and developing relatioships with us and building community which makes me feel even more connected to the studio.
One suggestion I'd like to offer is perhaps some signage on the locker room mirrors to discourage photos in the locker rooms. In the past few months there have been a few different occasions where women have taken group pictures in the locker room after class. I totally get the desire to document and share the experience but I wish they'd take their photos in the studio mirror instead. I'm terrified I'm going to wind up in the background of a photo with my clothes off. I frequent a few different studios (4S and Poway) and it seems to happen most often in the Del Mar studio.

I had such a fantastic experience with Carolan at CP’s YogaSculpt class! The class had the perfect balance of strength, flow, and mindfulness. The routine was well thought out—challenging for sure —and kept the energy high from start to finish. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The instructors and management here are the best! This is my favorite studio location to attend classes. And I heard they planning to add more C1 classes! Really excited about that.

Core Power Studio City is my sanity spot! Not only do I get a great workout, but the studio and the staff are superb.
Love the teaching and management / coordinating staff. Great SET team as well!
The instructor was wonderful, the studio and restroom were very clean.
But none of the lockers were unable to lock, many of them were broken or need to reset with the master key.
I had to ask the staff to lock in before class and re-set to open it after class.
Please check all the lockers & fix those.
