Friendly and helpful staff! Very welcoming at the front desk and I love the fact that the instructor is always greeting members at the front, which is great to meet non members when they arrive.
I like how clean your facilities are, as well as how friendly every staff member is to every person who walks in the building!

The instructors are both wonderful at what they do and are very personable, that is the main reason I have a membership at Moksha.
Everything! Welcoming atmosphere, variety of classes, awesome instructors, cleanliness and the little extras (hair ties, feminine products).
I enjoy how knowledgeable the instructors are and how helpful they are with their instructions to enable me to know what I should be trying to achieve within each pose. The purpose of a pose.

The music was a good tough - should of been a bit quieter, or the instructor could of been wearing a portable mike as it was difficult to hear them over the music

I like the adherence to the idea of "sacred space" in the hot studio. I like how helpful and kind the staff usually are. I do have a request: with all the new faces, I ask that instructors remind classes that modo is a fragrance free zone, and to please point out gently that scented laundry products can cause problems for practitioners with chemical sensitivity. I was in class a few days ago, picked out my spot, got settled, then another student came in and settled next to me. I began having allergic reactions to their clothes /towel immediately. I could smell synthetic fabric softener or laundry detergent. The class was too full to move to another spot. Please do give gently reminders over the next couple weeks?

Friendly, supportive and inclusive culture
I enjoy the variety of classes and instruction styles. Would like to see the constant turnover of new people be orientated better to hot room rules especially the quiet piece. Does this extend even to outside the studio doors where much loud conversation seems to be happening these days? Cell phones should also be mentioned as some choose texting for warm up activities this happens infrequently but is noticeable from time to time.
