I appreciate the warm welcome that is experienced by anyone who walks through the door. The good natured, attitude and respect. There is a great balance of consistency in the schedule with a variety of yogis each with their own strengths. Keeping to schedules and ensuring the hot room is quiet. Possibly, I am still in a honeymoon state with the place, as I have only been coming for a short period of time. I would love to name a few individuals that have gone above and beyond, but it has happened way too often by so many. Great place, great staff. Thank you for my first yoga experience that it has been so postive.

There is nice variety in teaching approaches. My favorite instructors are Michelle, Barbara Jean, and Phil. When I want to learn a new stretch, I go to Michelle's class. When I want the basics but cued in a way that reminds me what I should be activating, I go to Barbara Jean's class (and love it when she sings to us at the end--that voice!). When I want something more upbeat and to laugh a bit, I go to Phil's class. It's a great studio.

The Barre classes with Larissa are challenging and a great workout. I would also recommend Tabitha. Everyone is very welcoming and I like the calm, quiet atmosphere of the studio after a busy day at work or with my kids.

Wonderful place to go for hot yoga. The teachers are knowledgeable and friendly.
I like everything, all the teachers are incredibly talented, the buildings are beautiful and the customer service great!
One teeny thing that might help people out is clearly advertising that the facility at Donald doesn’t open sometimes until 30 minutes prior to class.
