I love the barre3 workout - very effective and tailored to a variety of fitness levels. The studio is a happy, welcoming place;) The staff/teachers are all very friendly and upbeat - everyone knows your name!
The instructor was very friendly and helpful since it was my first class. I thought it was a challenging but fun workout with great music and energy:) An added bonus were the cute workout clothes sold up front!

Such a good feeling class! The instructors and employees are fantastic and very welcoming. The space is perfect and the class had a great, positive vibe. My only piece of feedback was that it was sometimes hard to hear the instructor over the music - but that was such a small part. Can't wait to go back!
Friendly people, nice facility, good class times. Two negatives, wish there could be mirrors on all walls, biggest - more corrections during class - some teachers don't walk around and correct
All of the instructors are always there for you to give modifications and support. The staff is upbeat and helpful.
It is like a personal training workout without the high cost. The space is bright and energizing and the staff is always cheerful.

Good instructors
It was my first time, which can always be intimidating when going to a new place, everyone was very helpful and welcoming. I had a mix up with my online class registration and the front desk girl was very helpful and didn't make me feel bad at all. I also had my toddler twin boys with me which was a little chaotic, and everyone was very sweet and accomadating.
Fun, efficient, facility is nice and the studio flooring is supportive, nice looking and yet aids in the workout with slip preventing. I liked my instructor. She was encouraging and paid enough attention to me to make I was doing the positions correctly, but not too much to make me feel self conscious .

Everyone nice and It make me feel welcome
I can tell a huge difference in the new instructors since Dasha is now the trainee. One thing I dislike and I'm not sure it's resolvable but when I sign up in advance for a certain instructor and then I show up to another instructor. I feel like there should be an email or a text message shot out to people who have signed up.... other than that I love it!
