Convenient, friendly, great workout with no impact! Perfect for people with knee injuries.
Overall, pretty pleased with the workout. I like the pace of some instructors better than others. I felt I really worked hard at the class on thurs 7/2 at 7pm. I didn't love the all Britney but that didn't deflect from the class.
