I love how the instructors promote each individual doing what they know is best for them and acknowledging their own body. I appreciate how many body sizes and ages are in each class. I loved Brenda's closure having worked really hard and having a quiet time at the end.

Great instructors. They take the time to learn your name and the workouts are easily modified for all skill levels. Facility is very clean. Nice atmosphere. No men. Plenty of classes anytime you want to take one.
