Absolutely everything!
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and accommodating. I hadn't been there in awhile due to an injury and the staff was willing to extend my classes that I'd paid for. Also, the instructor was very helpful in giving feedback during the workout and offering modifications so I wouldn't get hurt.

Personal, great changing area and music in class!
I thought everyone was friendly and welcoming. I had never been to a barre class before let alone this location. I was greeted with a warm welcome and given a give tour of the facility. I was also shown how to set up my barre that would be most beneficial for the class. After the class, the instructor was helpful wth answering questions I had about barre and I felt comfortable seeing how knowledge she was about the program! Then the girl at the front desk helped answer my questions about taking future classes at your location! All in all, great experience and will definitely be coming back!
I like that all instructors and front desk people are very friendly and helpful and that all of the instructors vary their classes in terms of moves and music so doesn't get boring
wondering if they should clean balls after each class or provides wipes for the participants to do so?

Always welcoming. Instructors know us by name. They're encouraging and motivating. Instruction includes adjusting technique to maximize workout and avoid injury. Great music always helps.
