I feel I can call Mainstreet as often as needed! I have great confidence that I will receive not only their positive attitude but continuously informative responses. It is ALWAYS a pleasure to work with them and know that the information they provide is complete and correct. The education department is more than wonderful, and the legal department is incredibly knowedgable and friendly. I cannot imagine a finer Board than the one I am proud to call my own!

Everything is made easy to understand, and is very efficient to navigate. The ability to reach someone competent and friendly if you do need help is outstanding.
I like being able to take care of my needs at the Arlington Heights location. The staff is always accessible, helpful and knowledgeable. I got the information I needed on the phone and went into the office to get a replacement Sentrilock card. The staff was excellent and took care of it quickly so I could get back to my schedule of appointments today.
Fast and easy to locate.
It would be nice when entering the real estate world, for their to be some sort of welcome package as a new member. You are putting out so much money at first, it would be nice if the 1st year, you received a lock box free or something like that.

Make it easier to pay your bill online. I tried for 20 minutes to see where to click after I had pain now and checked the box and that's as far as I could get?
Good communications. Ton of members. Good affiliates. CE stuff is relevant. Professional setting. tons of room to improve but more of the initiative needs to be taken by the affiliates rather than whining about what mORE does or does not do.
They are quick to respond to a question, and usually always know the answer, they are vey helpful and strive to continuously add to or improve there services.....

Have more workshops and courses given in the north and northwest suburbs. They appear to be few and far between. I am reluctant to travel to the south suburbs--it's a long commute. I feel that our northern area has been somewhat neglected since the merger.
high fees. I also receive so many communications that I many time delete them without reading them. Communicate less often but highlight important info.
The cost is way too high and continues to go up. There should be inefficiencies of scale, time, technology, etc.
