Services are professional and helpful for the most part. A couple people that have answered the phone when I called in with a question were not helpful and didn't know the answer to my question and didn't care to find the answer either. Impressed with resources available online and training.

What's really to recommend? If you're a REALTOR, you join THE board, not A board of your CHOICE... You haven't disappointed me. This is not a well written question.
The customer service side is excellent. I notice your surveys never ask "how can we improve" or "What changes would you like to see" etc. Why is that? Overall I am very happy with the association IN PARTICULAR how well all of your staff treat people though MORe does not seem to accept suggestions very well.
