keeping a record of what courses we have taken.

What could we do to improve?

I'm not sure. I haven't been a member for that long, so I don't have enough experience to know whether I'd highly recommend a friend. I'm looking for more networking events, or ways to get involved with the organization.

1. Educational classes not available "on demand" for the members like me located far away from your offices,
2. Offering interesting classes only in your far south suburbs location.

couldn't get through to continuing education for 2 days.

Also, I think you should include some continuing education classes in my fees like Fox valley association does.
