I AM AN AGENT. My WIFE HAS BEEN AGENT FOR 40 YEARS. She would like to help as an assistant. But you folks said no unless you pay full fee. That's why I am sick and tired of you folks thinking about only putting money in you pocket and show no loyalty.

I can't believe that these fees keep going up and we get nothing for it.
Real Estate is 7 days a week not holidays off and Saturday and sunday.
My questions get answered after I have to leave and message and wait for a call back
Try to regain the exclusive MLS rights and maintain it ourselves. Help agents keep their listings and money.. The Zillows, Trulias and REALTOR.coms are making agents poor. We work to get the listings, spend our money promoting/advertising and then have to pay a lot of money to Join the .coms to get the leads which are rightfully ours to begin with. And for this we pay hefty board fees. Just isn't fair. Get back control of the MLS!

they have been very helpful the few times I have called.
Now that you have only gone to email only for notifications, I have been charged fees for being late when I have not received the email. I never had this problem with postal mail.
You keep us well informed and provide all of the services and education oportunities that we need. Knowledgeable staff is always ready to help.

allow one day codes. It should be the seller's option whether they are allowed or not. The Board shouldn't make that decision for the owners. It has decreased security instead of increased it.
