How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

When our office switched from our local board to your board, you had an office in Naperville. Your closest office is in Downers Grove and that is quite a trek, both ways. As a busy agent, it's hard to give up two hours just for the commute. I needed batteries for my Sentrilock, and I had to drive out there on a Friday afternoon. Wish you were closer or that you could handle things via USPS or UPS. Thank you.

Mainstreet hasn't really disappointed me but they never answer the phone when I call. I always get VM. I registered for online cont. ed and have not received the materials yet and it has been 2 days.

There are not enough really good attractions and events when it comes down to our board. It is always the same old thing and the same people. No diversity.

Sentrilock 1 day codes should not have been taken away, especially when the brokers paid for the key boxes. I feel this was disrespectful to the brokers and needs to be revisited.

What do you like about our association services?

I love Mainstreet. Every year I attend the October Fest, a great function. In April I attend the Capital Conference. Mainstreet offers every thing I need to stay updated and in touch with my clients. My questions are never "dumb" questions. I know when I call it will be answered by someone who is truly there to guide and help me.
