I don't think any of the realtor associations are doing /have done enough to guard access to our information. I believe that zillow, trulia and redfin in particular are stealing leads on everyone else's listings and then charging us to get access to leads on our own inventory.

I love you all! Please help support us on changing the MLS to help our sellers. We need a better system that will allow us to enter a home in an area that reflects their school district with a disclaimer that school and mailing address are different. For example we list homes in Plano IL, with children attending Yorkville School Dist. #115. A buyer that is searching Yorkville will NOT think to also check Plano in their search of Yorkville SD#115. Why can't we be allowed to enter a Plano addressed home in Yorkville with a disclaimer button that states mailing address & school are not equal.

MORe hasn't necessarily disappointed....I see MORe has a source or necessary part of a Realtor's business responsibility. I presume most Realtors are members. I don't know why I would recommend MORe to non-Realtors??

The calendar for scheduled and upcoming classes is difficult to read. There should be a simple format to follow for people who want to get their Real Estate license for the first time and Managing Broker's license. I've had to reach out to Latrice on numerous occasions in order to obtain this information and that has proven to be ineffective because at times I'm not sure if my email reached Latrice, so no response was provided. This is essential for Managing Brokers because when we are looking to recruit agents, we must be able to provide the necessary information for them to get licensed.

Your classes are tremendous. Just took Realist I and II today via webinar today and it was easy to follow, easy to understand the explanations, and extremely helpful. When I call, someone gets back to me right away with a detailed explanation of my question.
Just wondering if you have any classes about the various contracts - exclusive listing, sales contract, disclosures, going thru the paragraphs, so a new agent like myself would be more comfortable answering any questions a buyer or seller might ask us when filling out the forms, or is that something our managing brokers office should help with?
