The great service they provide their members
It is NOT my place to recommend; that is the broker/owners responsibility. Perhaps the question should be "How satisfied are you with Mainstreet?'
Whenever I have a question or call in everyone is so friendly and helpful!
You are always looking out for our success! Thank you!:)
The organization is very responsive to all inquiries no matter the issue. All of the personnel I've spoken with are pleasant and well informed. All anticipated changes of policy or procedure are advertised well in advance of the effective date. The organization constantly improves its technology to stay abreast with current trends and to improve overall functionality of their systems.
I like the range of classes and events offered (both free and at a cost). I like the flexibility of multiple locations.
Easy to get in contact with admin
Great instructors. They are very knowledgeable and are industry professionals sharing their inside perspective and advice.
Too much to say.
Being in the suburbs.
Same as usual. Pretty much everything offered is tailored to the 9-to-5 real estate professional, which doesn't help me. I also got cheaper and more convenient CE options from many other sources when my renewal time came. The only useful thing I get for my money and membership is access to Sentrilock, which many agents in several of the near west suburbs don't even use, favoring old combo boxes instead. Even that benefit became an issue when my card reader quit working and I was about to have to use vacation time from work the next day to go pay and trade for a working one. Luckily I was able to take it apart and did a temporary fix myself. We'll see if it holds long enough to get some later office hours or easier, cheaper exchange options offered in the future.
Integration/cooperation with other real estate services. Always looking to improve service.
Easy to contact. Answers your questions or directs you to the proper department to get your answer.
The cost is not justified.
The fees for being a realtor are ridiculous and no one can explain the fees as to why they are so high. It cost nearly $1000 per year to be a realtor. Fortunately, real estate is not my full time job. But for those just starting out, the fees can be overwhelming.
Personal touch. When I reach out, I feel like an individual not a number.
Best service, training and customer service.
