Pleasant & knowledgeable staff. MLS site that works well & very efficient Help Desk.
The half day educational programs on interesting topics & easier to attend than full day.
I like your teachers. I like your class options and that I have always found a training and time that works for me. I appreciate that I can look for them, sign up and pay all online. I like your payment reminders. I like that if I need help someone answers the phone and I can talk to someone right away. I like the snacks at the trainings. :) I like the instructors...Lynne, Carrie, and Marky Lemon. I like that the teachers are more honest and less "politically correct". I like that the location is pretty easy for me to get to and easy to get food at lunch too. Thank you for all you do to help us! :) Blessings to you!

I feel like we're forced to pay for something that we really don't need.
All of the fees, all of the useless info. Don't get me wrong. We need the MLS but now that everybody has access to the MLS via Social Media platforms why are you charging us all of this money?
Return calls when messages are left
The new website seems to be very poorly organized and not user friendly at all. Information is difficult to find.
Everyone has been very helpful when I call with problems or questions. If they don’t know the answer they will research it until they find it.
It’s too much money. The dues are outrageous, and he entire scheme is just to make money. You have to start out, owing a thousand dollars. It’s just like most other things in life, a money-making scam.
Continuing education, support on any issues related to real estate. Updates on rules and regulations and contracts, there's so much that the Board provides to us.
Have more events and education in the northern suburbs. Right now, everything is too far away.

I like the ability to print any of the standard forms and disclosures. I also like the reminders and updates that I receive.
Having no experience with other associations my view is limited, but I think you offer a wide range of tools and do a fabulous job. My only dislike is your association with Zillow that allows them to Zestimate regardless of the Seller's wishes, and the fact that I found a "private listing" on Zillow this week. I guess it's really not "private."
More interactive activities with your members to help them boost their sales potential.
I'm extremely disappointed with your ethics procedure for hearings and the outcomes.

You are constantly updating and improving the services and technology to support the local Realtors. If a person calls in you are ready with answers, direction, and support!
Great organization at the different offices I've visited and ease of using the website to find needed information. The staff has always been outstanding when I've had a question or needed anything in the last 27 years.
