Website, not happy with the changes that were made. It should be simple to navigate. I may be a realtor 25 years but I am not an expert on computers.
Lower fees.
They are always there when I need them. My questions are always answered either on the spot or shortly thereafter. Always very helpful.
I may be a little different type of user, because my Board Affiliation is with GNIAR in Indiana. This year I had gotten a new Credit Card and you made it very easy to take care of this, also I needed to supply you with a doc that my membership with GNIAR was in good standing.....again easily taken care of. When I need to call about something when I'm entering listings into the MLS staff is always very helpful.

Compared to the Indiana Board GNIAR, you guys just collect our money. They are much more agent friendly, hands on and interactive. They have more events that apply directly to our business (bottom line), have more events that are fun are more relatable.
