How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Lower the fees and find some way to get rid of Zillow, Trulia, and other websites that are not regulated and can deceive the public with outdated information and we are fined if we do.

What do you like about our association services?

When you interact with the staff at Mainstreet, it feels like a small organization, even though it is not. I can always get my questions answered and get the help I need. I appreciate the great customer service I receive when I need it.

What could we do to improve?

I wish the fees associated with membership could be structured in an 'a la carte' fashion with maybe a base fee minimum. I am a very low volume realtor (not likely to change) and do not realize much of a benefit from my membership.
