All ok for me but some folks are more particular and some of your stylists may not meet their demands.

I ask for veteran or senior discount and I was charged 22 dollars and I thought that was high.I Normally spend approx. 15 dollars.
I usually register with "first available" stylist and haircuts are always good. Some offer the shampoo which I like and some don't but no big deal.
My gripe/feedback is that there is something wrong between your app and the store system. I can use the app to "join the lineup" but when I get to the store and use the computer there to confirm that I am "in store" it doesn't recognize me. Someone has to manually check me in.
This has been going on for months and nobody at the store is interested or able to help straighten in out
Maria was very very good. She walked me through every part of my haircut and asked for my opinion and approval at every step. We were even able to go back and cut a bit shorter on a section where i changed my mind. She also made great conversation and advised me on what haircut would fit me best. She was super nice and careful when washing my hair and doing the face massage. Truly 10/10 i will come back to maria for my haircuts in the future
Great haircut!
The double hair wash for the same price of a regular Triple Play or MVP is a plus. I also like the Tea Tree shampoo and leather scent for the face towel.

It is insane that it costs extra to use the shaver to get my neck fully clean. No reason it should cost extra. Also stylists should go all the way down neck line when wearing a ringer tee. You shouldn’t still see hair poking out after spending $40-50 on a haircut and beard trim. Do better. Thank you, loyal customer

Products have a lot of chemicals. I try to avoid having my hair washed or styled here. Products smell nice but overall healthy is my main focus.

Open Sunday. If you arrive early you can be in and out. I would like to see online check in open before the actual store is open as sometimes there is already a wait at the door.
