While I was very pleased the service I received after I was assaulted by Natalie I do believe her name was (Large Black women with Braids). She was available at arrival and no one was in front of me. She offered no welcome and only directed me to her chair verbally while fiddling with the cash register. When she did great me it was only to ask how I wanted my hair cut, No introduction.
A short time into the cut Natalie asked if i parted my hair to which i responded yes. As she proceeded she was forcibly tilting my head in an awkward way, making me extremely uncomfortable . After the second time of straightening my head I ask why she was doing that. It was at this point she proceeded to jerk the apron off from around my neck and and screamed at me that she wasnt cutting my hair, her manager could finish it and accused me of being rude. All of this occurred in the presence of your shift manager Cheyenne, not that she could be considered a manager. She offered nothing in the way of intervention or peaceful solution much less correction to Natalie Since when is stopping a stylist and asking a question rude? In no way shape or fashion was my voice raised or rude.
In the process of my dismay I left the chair and walked towards the door expecting to have to pay and leave. This is when Irene/Iris i believe offered to finish my cut and offer an apology for having to endure such an act of hate and hostility. I would like to speak to the next level of managment to discuss this incident please. My number is Phone number removed

Carla is a great stylist and really presents your brand well. I had a stylist for 40 years and had to switch and this was a good change.

Customer service

Well when I went for my haircut I was not told that there would be added charges for a shampoo or conditioner nor was I notified that charges would incur for those services cuz if I would have known I would have declined. So my 25 dollar haircut turned to 48 and the haircut wasn’t the best for that price.

Emily is extremely professional I own a business with a staff of 13 Emily guided her staff with patience kindness and concern.
We have been a customer for awhile and it's always a pleasant time in Sports clip. My wife started having Emily cut her hair.

I didn't have to wait long, the girl who cut my hair was friendly and good hair cutter and the price for the haircut was reasonable.

I have gone to you exclusively for my haircuts but you continue to cut my hair too long. It seems to me you want me back quicker so you can make more money. I have hair that is too long and I just got it cut.

It was loud and unable to hear name called. On deck monitors could have an inlay on the many TVs playing sports.

The Manager at this store has a well oiled machine, and they can cut, clip or buzz.
