Recently I got a haircut. I was left with a line in my fade. Additionally I wanted to get my hair washed and was not offered the VIP package like usual. The girl said ok all done and that was it.
I’m more upset about my hair looking the way it does. She was in a rush to get me out of there.
I never give a unrealistic score, the staff was friendly, greeted customers when they arrived. My hair cut was done professionally. I visit early mornings to minimize the wait. Not seeing the value in signing on-line for an appointment.

Lilly cut my hair last and was excellent. But , I think everyone there has had a go at my hair and I can honestly say I have always had a great experience. Very professional. All staff is very kind and make it an enjoyable experience.

Every visit i am paired with a very friendly stylist who listens to what I want. Im always engaged in friendly conversation and offered all services. My time is respected and im always in and out for a haircut at a reasonable time.
