It took 1 hour and 10 minutes for a single man's haircut. Ridiculous amount of time..At Visible changes, there are 20 maintenant time slots and they are very prompt. You were not.
The website is hard to maneuver and the times are often inaccurate. I would like to be able to schedule 24 hrs ahead but you cannot. Often on the morning of the day after opening the stylist available are not show with times at the shop.

Great Sevice and haircut
The team didnt see to be organized. I witnessed one of the stylists confuse a customer with a bill twice. The same stylist didnt seem to listen when I suggested that my son's sides needed to be shorter. She immediately seemed to get defensive and get an atititude.
I liked the way Marleny cut my hair! She is a very good hairstylist.

This was our second visit and unfortunately the stylist we ended up with gave my son the sloppiest haircut ever.
Lupita was kind, but I could tell she was tired of cutting kids hair. All she did was run her clippers over the majority of his hair. Then she applied a thick goopy gel to scissor cut the top. She didn't wash his hair and only sprayed it down with water after I asked her to. Very sloppy way to give a haircut. I left angry that I had to pay for this extremely low quality service.
Thankfully, his hair grows fast and this wasn't before picture day! I will NOT be bringing him back and I will NOT be recommending this place to anyone.

One of your workers was talking disrespectfully about a customer because they wanted something fixed on the haircut. They never said it to his face but I saw her throwing a fit.
The same worker ended up being my haircutter. She did a horrible job and didn't do anything that I asked. The entire hair cut is butchered and I'm going to another place to get it fixed. I won't be coming back ever.
