Clean, professional environment
The quality of haircuts are not that good across all stylists. Some are much better than others.
I am writing to share my positive experience regarding my appointment on April 3rd with Yessi. She provided exactly the look I was hoping for and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the process.
I encouraged her to be confident and creative, and she delivered exceptional results. I am incredibly happy with the outcome, and I would give my experience a 10/10 rating.
My only reason for coming is Essie, whom I've been getting my haircut with for several years at this point. Everyone at this location is great!
They just do a great work on your hair,and your beard!
Sylvia and Emily are amazing! I won't use anyone else to cut my hair but them.
Being able to check in on line is very helpful and keeps our day moving.
In general Sports clip does a good job of keeping good hair dresser available, unfortunately some are more interested in speed than the quality of the haircut, a client had to discover the hair dresser that fits their needs.
Patty is the best stylist in Houston!...she is a master.

Not sure why my daughter was charged for MVP AND an extra $10 precision cut. She didn’t receive any of the MVP treatments. It was given a varsity cut plus precision…
Her cut was fine but layers weren’t freshened up. The focus was solely on the precision but not on the whole haircut.
I receive a trim and freshen up layers and my layers just look so sad. The bottom layer is thick and heavy and the rest of the “layers” are so light and whispy that my hair looks so weird. I’m giving it a few days to hopefully end up relaxing and looking better. But we’re not likely to return.
Honestly, I’d love a refund but I really don’t want to go back into the store. I’m happy for it to be a lesson learned and we’ll look elsewhere next time :)
I only let Alex give me a haircut and shampoo!. Outstanding work at 110 %.
